Who We Are

Helping Others Achieve Power and Equity (HOAPE)  is a coalition spearheaded by four formerly incarcerated Black women who lead Georgia-based organizations addressing issues with mass incarceration. HOAPE empowers communities to build enduring, sustainable knowledge and prosperity.
